In the photo I am using my analyser to carry out a routine service, insuring the boiler is operating safely and efficiently.

The probe of the analyser inserts into the flue and gives off a reading ratio between the gas and air.

If the ratio reading is incorrect theres a good chance the boiler is producing carbon monoxide.

This boiler is only one year old and everything came back good as new.

This particular boiler carries a 10 year warranty providing the customer has it annually serviced.

Many gas engineers often miss removing the burner on a routine service to save there self a little time and effort.

This can sometimes have a costly effect, especially as its a service that your paying for.

It is important to clean this burner regularly keeping it clear, and also check its seals.

Another important part of a service is to clean the ignition probe.

So many boiler breakdowns we attend could have been avoided, had they have had there boiler serviced properly.
